Airport Greeters/Escorts
Guests' incoming flights are pre-logged and a SportsONE representative is positioned at the local airport to greet VIP guests upon arrival and escort them to hotel transfer services.
VIP Hotel Services
SportsONE pre-registers all VIP guests. Upon arrival, guests are greeted at a Reception Table with cold beverages, concierge services, a welcome packet, and their room key. Amenity baskets/bags with water, snacks, and premiums are placed in rooms prior to guests' arrival. SportsONE staff personally previews all VIP rooms to ensure cleanliness and preparedness.
VIP Functions
SportsONE plans and coordinates ancillary VIP activities such as golf outings, dinners, private meetings, etc. This includes researching and providing to client local options as well as making reservations and appointments.
Transportation
SportsONE has experience providing VIP transportation. We have transported VIPs to and from event venues via helicopter, motor coach, and personal car service.
Police Escort
SportsONE has contracted Police Escorts for VIPs transfer to and from event venues and understands the coordination, scheduling and regulations of this service.
